Kazuhiro Hirata - He was born in Okayama in 1972. His family managed the sewing factory of jeans, and he studied the needlework of Japanese jeans. He went on to the dress school in Tokyo after graduated from the high school.
After then he visited America, and has learned language for two years.
And then he has studied picture for two years at the university. After back to Tokyo, he has worked for the clothing company for seven years, took charge of the project and the design. He became the project leader of Kapital in 2001.
