On September 17th, during the Spring/Summer 2015 ready-to-wear season of Milan Fashion Week, Greek womenswear designer, Angelos Bratis, will present his show on Via Bergognone, at the Armani Theatre.

In a conversation with WWD, Giorgio Armani pinpointed that his ongoing "initiative in supporting little-known but promising designers is paying off", and that he is "personally quite passionate about it", emphasizing that the fashion industry’s future is depending on the new designer generation, and that he is happy to "contribute in an active way" to this evolution.

The Athens born designer has already caused some ink to flow in 2011, when he won the Who Is on Next young designer competition, supported by Alta Roma and Vogue Italia. In addition, Bratos, an Arnhem Fashion Institute graduate, already showcased his womenswear during Milan Fashion Week, for the Spring/Summer 2014 season, and has been lauded for his strong yet fluid and feminine silhouettes, which came with sartorial embellishments and an innovative take on fabrics, including sculpted raffia and lush silks.

Previous designers who have showcased their collections at the Armani Theatre include Stella Jean, Christian Pellizzari, and Andrea Pompilio, among others.
