Carhartt, Florence
Located behind the historic cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, the 135 square meters store is designed by the Milanese architecture studio Andrea Caputo and houses Carhartt wip women's wear and men's wear collections. Characterized by a high vaulted ceiling and a Siena marble floor, the project wanted to highlight these original features, with a "less is more" approach, adding industrial elements, such as tropicalized and plywood steel poles, typical of the Carhartt WIP store.

Amiri, Miami
Los Angeles-based luxury label Amiri opens its debut store in Miami. Located at 106 NE 39th Street, inside the Miami Design District, the 1,972-square-foot store is spread over two floors. The store was designed by ceo and creative director, Mike Amiri, in collaboration with Paris Design Studio NOCOD and architectural design firm TwoOneTwo. ​The flagship also features furnishings curated by Mike Amiri in partnership with interior designer Katherine Waronker, plants from Amiri’s native California, and artworks form Los Angeles artist, Wes Lang. The Amiri first store in U.S. opened on Rodeo Drive in Los Angeles in 2020, followed by that of New York City and Las Vegas last September.

Vestiaire Collective, UK
French resale fashion retail giant Vestiaire Collective has opened a new UK authentication and logistics centre to deliver on consumer demand for second-hand clothing. The company’s new operations will offer a reduction in lead times and delivery fees for UK customers. It stated the warehouse will have the capacity to authenticate 1,000 items per day, instead of completing the process at its France base, this will allow to reduce the company’s carbon footprint significantly. The authentication centre marks the fourth centre globally of Vestiaire Collective, with locations already present in France, the US and Hong Kong.

Paul Smith, Ginza, Tokyo
The three-floor store, spanning 3,304 square feet of shopping, is located in Ginza, Tokyo's leading shopping district, on the corner of Namiki-dori and Harumi-dori. The new store houses men’s wear, accessories and the PS diffusion line. The basement floor will be dedicated to the "Made to Measure". The façade of the shop is covered with cladding (covering material) made by bending aluminum in a three-dimensional zigzag shape from the ground to the second floor. The cladding creates a lenticular effect between the green and blue frontage colors.The decorations of the ground floor are inspired by Pierre Chareau’s Glass house, with gray flooring, bare steel and the walls in front of the stairs made of glass. The second floor is an explosion of bright color, with an orange fitting room lobby and a light blue cash desk area, as well as leather wrapped tables in olive green. The store includes artworks such as a large round table by Vico Magistretti for Rosenthal, a James Mont armchair, and a Sofa by Parker Knoll in teal.

Rianna + Nina, Paris
Berlin-based brand Rianna + Nina, founded by Rianna Kounou and Nina Knaudt, opened a boutique in the heart of Paris, located in a former art gallery. The store, which boasts a view over the Palais Royale, showcases the duo’s eclectic style. The brand Rianna + Nina was created thanks to love for vintage fabrics, expert craftsmanship, colorful prints and a quality of detail that is beyond compare. The new store offers never-before-seen and extraordinary one-of-a-kind designs.

MooRER, Shenyang
The brand, led by founder and ceo Moreno Faccincani, debuts on the Chinese market in Shenyang with a store inside the Shenyang Charter Shopping Mall, in the heart of the city's central square. The 85 square meters store presents the men's, women's and total look collections aiming to underline the brand's lifestyle concept in an elegant space that incorporates the dark colors characteristic of the MooRER flagships, alternating with the matt brass finishes of the shelves. The new store houses not only outerwear but also knitwear, denim and accessories, dedicated to a classic and contemporary audience.

JW Anderson, Dubai
JW Anderson presents the men's collection in collaboration with Pol Anglada at the Bloomingdale pop-up store in Dubai. The immersive installation, the first pop-up store for the JW Anderson brand in the United Arab Emirates, celebrates the launch of the Pol Anglada menswear collection including bags and accessories, with digitally color pencil art prints of rugby players, drawn by artist Pol Anglada. JW Anderson x Pol Anglada is on display at Bloomingdale's in Dubai until February 20, 2022.

Labelhood
Labelhood, a Chinese concept store and incubator for Chinese fashion designers, unveiled its first menswear space, located at Julu Road in Shanghai. The store carries established men’s brands like Feng Chen Wang, Xander Zhou, and Private Policy, alongside other domestic street style labels. A Labelhood X Converse Water-Tiger limited edition collection is also available in the store during the festive season. Labelhood also opened Labelhood Box, a pop-up event space set to become the “New Year’s goods store”, delivering Spring Festival couplets, red pockets, stickers and other New Year items.
