The Power of Color: Roberto Capucci at Villa Pisani is an extraordinary exhibition celebrating the career of Roberto Capucci, one of Italy’s most celebrated and innovative fashion designers, whose work has profoundly shaped the evolution of contemporary fashion. Featuring twenty garments alongside around seventy drawings, sketches, and historical photographs, the exhibition explores the interplay between Capucci’s artistic vision and the historic spaces of Villa Pisani, transforming the entire display into a unique sensory experience.

The Red Blue Green section, housed across three ground-floor rooms, highlights the pivotal role of color in Capucci’s work, while the north and south antechambers of the piano nobile showcase sketches and archival photographs, offering insight into the designer’s creative process. A wedding dress and its accompanying ensemble are displayed in the Salone del Tiepolo, providing a striking counterpoint to the sketches and emphasizing Capucci’s sculptural approach to fashion.
