| The 19th Biennale of Sydney: You Imagine What You Desire will be curated by Juliana Engberg. Every two years, the Biennale of Sydney is presented free to the public over a twelve-week period. | MARKET took place for the first time in February 2006 at the initiative of a group of gallerists looking to create a high-quality fair in central Stockholm. Since the summer of 2007, the organisation of the fair has been managed by Konstmässan Market i Stockholm AB, owned by a group of Nordic gallerists on a non-profit basis. The fair highlights Swedish and Nordic galleries who show a wide selection of the most exciting international contemporary art. There has been tremendous interest in MARKET and the fair has been very well received by gallerists, collectors, visitors and the press alike. The ninth edition of MARKET, is moving into new premises and will be held on new dates. The new venue will be Liljevalchs konsthall on the island of Djurgården in central Stockholm. In addition, the date of the fair has been moved from February to April. MARKET will be held from 4–6 April with a press showing and vernissage on 3 April.
