Osaka-born Junko Koshino received the highly prestigious So-en Award while she was at Bunka Fashion College. First joined Paris Collection in 1978. Koshino has showcased her works at numerous places including Beijing, the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, Hanoi,Cuba an other countries.
Junko Koshino has been working across the boundaries doing costumes for internationally acclaimed operas like The Magic Flute and Madama Butterfly, Broadway musical Pacific Overtures, musicals, sport uniforms and interior design.
Koshino launched her fine cashmere collection with SAND RIVER in 2012, specializing the technique of lightness of very selected virgin hair. The first presenting collection in Paris 2015 at Premiere Classe is shown her universe of stoles.
