Alexandre Herchcovitch, Valentin Yudashkin, Manish Arora and Frankie Xie will follow one each other during 2011 at the mithique restaurant of the Place de l’Opéra. They will be creating the Pâtisseries Fashion revising the traditional sweets of their countries of origine. L'enfant terrible of the Brasilian fashion, Alexandre Herchcovitch, will inaugurate this new season of Pâtisseries Fashion.

His French Brigadeiro - at the base of brasilian chocolate truffles revised with a French Touch – will be available in limited edition at the menu of Café de la Paix from January 16 to May 15, 2011.
