The IPF Global Initiative Map.

Because of Covid-19 the world had to stop and think about some changes involving global aspects such as the impact of fashion on the environment.

Modem supports and encourages any positive initiative that allows you to take a further step towards a sustainable market.

Such as the one taken by the British Fashion Council : the Institute of Positive Fashion's (IPF) Global Initiative Map which shows how a eco-friendly and community approach could bring positive ideas and initiatives to the Fashion field.

The tool helps to find out with a click all the international foundations, brands and organizations who drive their productivity and invest on sustainability initiatives segmented by Positive Fashion's three pillars: environment, people, community & craftsmanship.

- Environment: this pillar is referred to companies who choose to turn their activity into a more sustainable fashion future;
- People: from the product-maker to the staff, but also students, models, buyers and everyone is into the fashion circle;
- Community & craftsmanship: it supports the talent, skills and elements of craftsmanship that make up our unique industry and have positive impacts on local communities.

The IPF will be launched within this year with an online platform for businesses who will access to toolkits and information in order to implement their allegiance in respect to a green economy.
It will provide an important global frame for a future environmentally friendly Fashion Industry.
