Vitra / Summer workshops at Boisbuchet | Modem Mag

Foom early June to september 2010, Vitra organizes its design and architecture workshops at the Boisbuchet property. A creative space in a bucolic setting that will host participants from 40 different countries.

The Boisbuchet property, in the south west of France, will hosts once again the summer design and architecture workshops, organized by Vitra Design Museum. Alexander von Vegesack, Director and Founder of the Vitra Design Museum, bought the property in 1986 to create a space dedicated to experimentation and creativity, today very well-known.

Internationa artists, designers and architects deliver a speech on the current themes of both disciplines. The selected themes for this year are basically three : the materials, the perception and the sustainable development.
