In its eighth year, the London Design Festival is firmly established as a major cultural and commercial event in the capital.

The major projects and initiatives for this year including the Festival’s residency at the V&A museum for the second year running, the series of design districts where activity across London will be focused, some of the key design names involved – from David Chipperfield to Max Lamb.The London Design Festival is working with leading car designer and manufacturer Audi and has commissioned German designers Clemens Weisshaar and Reed Kram to create an immense mechanical octopus.
