Can you introduce the Happhapp team
NF: We have an international team that is specialized in everything they need for brands and showrooms that come punctually to Paris or France. A team also prepared to solve communication problems with local suppliers, to face the negotiations of rental contracts and insurance policies, the organization of deliveries and collections, logistical issues.etc
What do you mean by "concierge"?
NF: With our knowledge and skills, we are able to match the needs and requirements that brands or showrooms coming to Paris may have. We can find the locations and set up the spaces for their sales campaigns, pop-up stores, press days and even their fashion shows. We can support them in finding staff, for rack rentals, catering, floral arrangements, security etc... But also provide security throughout the event, organize installation and dismantling. Our contribution will prove functional for all or part of their needs.
What is Happhapp’s experience in fashion events?
NF: Our first client was Carolina Herrera, and we were thrilled to collaborate with their New York team to reimagine the showroom, aligning all choices with the brand’s identity. A journey that evolved over a 3-year period during which we created spaces whose furniture, lighting and decoration were inspired by the brand’s image.
We have also been fortunate to work with other fashion designers including Alessandra Rich, for whom we curated a showroom with runway shows, MSMIN, who challenged us to find stunning furniture options, Marina Moscone, who gave us 'carte blanche' on many aspects of her showroom design, or for the presentation of the Pirnia Showroom collections at the Westin Vendome, who we have been working with for 10 years.
I am struggling to find the perfect venue for my Paris Fashion Week event. How quickly can you help me find options?
NF: Depending on the budget, desired location and size requirements, within a few days we can already propose options, then if necessary we continue working to find the Parisian venue that fits the client's expectations.
