This exhibition reveals the powerful creative bond between the iconic couple, united by a rebellious spirit and a shared vision of art as a participatory, multidisciplinary force. It traces their prolific careers alongside Hulten, the first director of the National Museum of Modern Art at the Centre Pompidou, who championed their groundbreaking projects and supported their artistic freedom. Featuring key works from the Centre Pompidou’s collections and major loans, the show celebrates the intertwined stories of art, love, friendship, and radical creativity.
