The 1st edition of Miamilano, the "collective showroom & showcase event" supported by Confartigianato Moda and CBI-Camera Buyer Italia, which registered over 2000 visitors of professionals and citizens during the three-day event, ended on June 20, 2023. The event gave chances to CSM members to give visibility and promotion to their women's pre-collections of the SS 2024 season. The collective dedicated to the pre-collections of both clothing and accessories and shoes was held at the exhibition spaces of Palazzo Giurisconsulti, in Piazza dei Mercanti 2 in Milan, where some of the most prestigious and research brands associated with CSM were able to exhibit their creations.

Miamilano was dedicated to buyers selected from specialty departments and concept stores, web retailers, and industry and press operators invited from all over the world. The evente presented a selection of the most important clothing and accessories, as well as emerging brands on the Italian and international scene, with particular attention to the sustainability of the production chain.

The CSM Meets Sustainability cocktail party was held on the evening of June 19, 2023, where there was a screening of a short film made by director Ylenia Busolli, that dealt with the theme of the environment, respect for the planet, and the need to make the entire textile-clothing chain sustainable. The short movie promoted and gave visibility to the brands participating in the event, together with awareness messages.
