Fornasetti presents Ceci n’est pas une salle à manger, the new collection of furniture and accessories, transforming the dining room into a magical, surrealist space. The Milanese atelier employs its savoir-faire to explore the boundaries between decoration and object, reality and illusion, two-dimensionality and three-dimensionality, mixing them, creating connections, and inviting the viewer to unleash their imagination in a surrealist interplay between container and content. New multi-sided storage pieces, tables, with novel shapes and materials, and chairs that combine historic charm with contemporary lines and the comfort of padded fabrics, all blend functionality and fantasy.

The second edition of Capsule Plaza returns to take over its dedicated location at Spazio Maiocchi, a former industrial landmark in the Porta Venezia area, alongside a new satellite venue: the iconic Milanese destination, 10 Corso Como, with galleries dedicated to art and design newly-renovated by the interdisciplinary agency 2050+.
A hybrid between a fair and a collective exhibition, Capsule Plaza once again brings together designers and companies from various creative fields, bridging industry and culture with a bold and multisensory curation that spans interiors and architecture, beauty and technology, innovation, and craft. The 2024 edition of Capsule Plaza in Milan is co-curated by Capsule’s founder and creative director, Alessio Ascari, with architect Paul Cournet. In tandem with the opening, Capsule releases the third issue of the magazine, an annual publication reimagining the notion of radical design for today.

Raffles Milano hosts 5 immersive exhibitions, a visual design project created by the students to transform the district into a strong visual experience impact to celebrate its potential and uniqueness. Raffles undertook an urban foray in the district to show how creativity and design contribute to defining the identity value of places by triggering practices to enhance public spaces. Thanks to the collaboration with Outpump for Pvdd, the temporary public art intervention took shape in the suggestive context of via Morgagni to revitalize the urban environment through visual design with posters inspired by the Everythink theme.
